SupaNova Shines at Australian Artistic Swimming Championships in Sydney

Published Sun 19 Apr 2026

From April 15–19, SupaNova Artistic Swimming Club proudly took to the national stage at the Australian Artistic Swimming Championships, held at the iconic Sydney Olympic Park.

A team of 15 dedicated athletes, supported by 3 coaches and one mascot (Sherbert), travelled from Perth alongside an incredible support crew of parents and siblings. Together, they formed a united and spirited team, representing SupaNova with pride, professionalism, and passion throughout the competition.

Outstanding Performances in the Pool

Every SupaNova athlete rose to the occasion, delivering strong and confident performances across all events. Their hard work and commitment were reflected in an outstanding medal tally:

  • 6 Gold Medals
  • 1 Silver Medal
  • 1 Bronze Medal

These results are a testament not only to the athletes’ dedication, but also to the tireless efforts of the coaching team and the strong culture within the club.

More Than Just Competition

Beyond the pool, the championships offered unforgettable experiences for everyone involved. A wonderful welcome party set the tone for the week, bringing together athletes and clubs from across the country in a celebration of the sport.

Friendships were strengthened, new connections were made, and countless memories were created, both in and out of the water. From team bonding moments to capturing incredible photos, the event will be remembered as a highlight of the season.
