AquaStART at SupaNova

SupaNova’s Childrens and Masters Recreational Classes will be delivered in Term 2 through the AquaStART program, in partnership with Artistic Swimming WA and Royal Life Saving, reinforcing our commitment to water safety, confidence, and fun.

AquaStART is SupaNova’s entry-level program designed to build water safety skills and aquatic confidence while introducing children to the fundamentals of Artistic Swimming.

Classes are held:

Monday and Thursdays at Leisurefit Booragoon (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)

Fridays at Cockburn Arc (Beginner and Intermediate)

Sundays At Riverton Leisureplex (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)

Led by accredited SupaNova instructors, sessions focus on safe movement, coordination, strength, and teamwork in a supportive and inclusive environment. Skills developed may support progression into artistic swimming or broader aquatic activities.

Who Can Join

• Children 6 years and over

• Completed Stage 3 or higher

• Open to all abilities

Pre-requisites

Artistic Swimming is not a substitute for swimming lessons. Participants must:

• Be confident in deep water

• Swim 25m unassisted

• Be proficient in breaststroke (Royal Life Saving Level 6 or equivalent)

Please note: Pool entry fees are not included.

Competitive pathways (State and National Streams) are by coach invitation only.
